Hi friends, happy Wednesday! Today I am thrilled to share a sweet Baltimore lifestyle newborn portrait session with you this morning!

If you’ve been around here for any amount of time, then two out of the three of these faces should look very familiar to you.  I have had the joy and privilege of capturing Tom and Anna’s Napa-inspired engagement session and their wedding celebration at Salamander Resort.

They are one of those couples that I left my experience of working with them feeling like we were simply old friends. 

They are a joy to be around and when I heard that they were expecting, I couldn’t help but think how lucky that sweet baby would be. I knew that he would have the best parents!

So imagine my delight when Anna reached out about the photographing little Parker’s lifestyle newborn portraits.  To be welcomed into the home that has so many hanging photographs that I’ve taken was such a cool experience.  I love that I’ve been a part of so many of their milestones.  To have them already hanging on the wall was just such a full circle moment, and I can’t help but be so grateful for the connections that this job gives me.

If you’ve seen some of their other portraits, you know that laughter and ease is never far from these two.   They make parenting look every bit as joyful as the rest of life.

Newborn sessions are special because they freeze a moment in time, which to be honest — sometimes you kind of forget about, because you’re just busy trying to survive it.

But this is the start of something special…

what was two, is now three.

Narrowing down the collection of images from our time together this morning proved to be a very difficult task so sorry not sorry for breaking your Internet.
