Today I am so thrilled to share this lovely nautical, and preppy downtown Annapolis elopement with you!

 

When Victoria first got in touch with me, she described their love story as one that was years in the making after meeting in the Dominican years ago.  She also explained that their day would be preppy with a touch of nautical – the perfect equation for a downtown Annapolis elopement.

After meeting at the courthouse and making it official, Ricardo and Victoria celebrated their nuptials with a grand tour of Annapolis, capturing their first hours as newlyweds.  They each teared up as they said, “I do!” and finalized their commitment to one another.  With great joy and delight, they became husband and wife, and they couldn’t hide it from their faces if they tried.

 

Hand and hand they walked the quaint streets that they had fallen in love with, and enjoyed the wedding day of their dreams.  It couldn’t have been more perfect for them.

 

One of my favorite things about this couple is that you can just tell how much they love and care for each other.  In the gentle way he leads her or takes her hand; or in the way she lets out a slight giggle when he draws close.  Ricardo and Victoria are the sweetest couple to be around… there’s no doubt about it.

From their perfectly coordinated outfits, to her hydrangea bouquet with a touch of peony for scent, to the downtown Annapolis backdrop, I was in heaven.

Ricardo & Victoria, thank you for allowing me the honor of bearing witness to and documenting your wedding day.  It was nothing short of extraordinary.  Narrowing down my favorites from this day was one of the toughest tasks – you two are just the cutest!
