Colin and Kelly celebrated their Assembly Room Baltimore wedding last September.  It was a joy to be a part of such an incredible celebration.

Caitie Hanrahan designed everything to a tee — it was the picture of romantic and lovely.  There were nods to their sweet pup Bucky, an Orange Crush station, a donut wall for dessert, and I’ll never get over those cloches & linen combinations.

… and while everything was aesthetically impeccable, the things I’m always brought back to the most on a wedding day are the people.  I’ve known Kelly since middle school and watching her flourish into such a radiant bride was such a joy to be a part of.  Catching up with her family was a walk down memory lane, full of nostalgia,  and being introduced to Colin’s was something special, too.

In fact, one of my favorite memories from the day (of which there are many!), was when Colin shared his first dance with his sweet mama.  The emotions in the room were palpable and it’s one of those experiences that you are a part of and then have engrained a bit in you.

I could literally go on and on about this day, but instead, we’ll let the photos tell the story of the day.

I adore these two and actually have the privilege of photographing their maternity session later today.  It’s an honor to walk alongside people in different seasons.
