This family is so dear to me.

I first met Joe & Amelia when I photographed their engagement session in Boston.

Adriana Marie Events then planned their epic London Town wedding celebration that next spring.

A few years later, when Reese was a newborn, Joe called me to surprise Amelia.

Now Reese is a year old and we needed new portraits to commemorate yet another changing of seasons.

One of the greatest gifts of my job is that I get to show up in for so much of my couples’ lives.  Getting to see their joy and love expand to encompass new members too.. it gives me goosebumps!

To say I adored our time together for this shoot this spring is an understatement.

For their Annapolis Maryland lifestyle portraits, we utilized the sweetest cranny of Quiet Waters Park.  I love photographing mini shoots there because there is so much variety in one location.  Plus we got to let Reese and the good-est boy Moose run around together.  What could be cuter!?

I love all these moments that capture a little peek into what Joe & Amelia’s family looks like now.  (And we even snagged a photo of just mom and dad, since I know first hand those photos can be fleeting in the midst of rearing littles!)
