Hi sweet friends! Good morning!! The thing that I’m blogging about today was not originally on the blogging calendar. I didn’t know that this would be what was laid on my heart this morning.  Lately, I’ve been getting a ton of compliments on my travel photos and how awesome it is that I’ve gotten to travel so much lately.  I couldn’t agree more! I’m so fortunate and so grateful for a job that allows me to see and experience things in new ways that I never have before.  You look at my instagram feed and you see that my life looks perfectly curated.  The truth is, that more times that not, it’s not all daisies and roses!  It’s also, just that… curated!

Yesterday, I sent an email to a sweet friend that I look up to in the industry when she commented on one of my posts.  I told her that I had a little fan-girl moment when it happened! The way she responded?  She simply said, I’m just a regular chick doing my thing over here.  I just love that, and I feel like its something we need more of in the industry.  It was the perfect humble, yet confident response.  It was also authentic.

Authenticity is something that we crave as humans, and I’m going to make a better effort to adhere to that.  Here’s to making Tuesday a day of authenticity, friends!
