Good morning! I’m back in full force on the blog this week even though I’m currently away at our church’s camp this week.  I’m so incredibly excited to share all of the fun images from our vacation last week on the blog, but for today, I’m just sharing some iPhone sneak peeks!

As per usual, I’m also giving you a quick wrap-up of all the fun things that transpired over the past week:

• Sunday, we arrived in the beautiful Puerto Rico and had fun finding our house for the week: Villa Familia! We unpacked, shopped our groceries for the week, and planned out our days! Plus, we made sure to make our way to the beach at our resort!
• Monday, we went and had a beach day at a private beach called Punta Tuna.  Who would’ve thought that we would have the whole beach to ourselves! #somebeachsomewhere
• Tuesday, we headed out on a catamaran boat called the Spread Eagle II to explore Icacos Island and snorkel all the reefs! It was such a fun day and the crew was awesome!
• Wednesday, we had a late breakfast and then headed to El Yunqué rainforest! We got to see a gorgeous view from the top of the mountain after a long hike uphill!  That evening we did a tour of the Bio Bay in Fajardo! Within the bay are little plankton that glow when they’re touched! It was so fun!! According to my sister-in-laws, it felt like a Disney ride or fairy dust! If only I had pictures to share!
• Thursday, was another beach day at Las Palmas del Mar! It was a great day for relaxing!
• Friday, we explored Old San Juan and the fort El Morro.  This city is full of charm and seems like Charleston with a Spanish twist! So fun!!
