Can someone please explain to me how we are already halfway through the last month of summer?!  This summer has been especially crazy and has gone by even faster than normal! Is anyone else with me? The busyness of this month certainly accounts for the late goals post, and the fact that this month has been a bit of a catch-up month for me.  And… the Olympics are here!! Which means its basically like Christmas for me for a whole two weeks!!  The point of today’s post is to highlight all the fun/happenings of the month of August! It’s going to be a great month filled with so much pretty and fun.  My main goal for this month is to seek rest before the fall wedding season begins!!

THE MONTH OF AUGUST AT A GLANCE

• On the calendar this month are two beautiful editorials, engagement sessions, and a DC Wedding.
• The OLYMPICS (!!!)
• This month Morgan and I celebrate 8 years of being together… its so crazy that we’ve been together for so long, but at the same time it feels like it was yesterday that we started dating!
• We also had our week-long camp this month and it was such a good week!!

BUSINESS GOALS + DREAMS

• Be intentional about encouragement for other creatives this month!
• Blog at least 2-3 times a week and be consistent in my tagging.
• Shoot my photoshoots well and keep an efficient workflow
• Research starting a newsletter – say what?! Comment below with some of the things you’d love to see in a weekly/biweekly newsletter!! I’d love to hear about it!

PERSONAL GOALS + DREAMS

• Work out at least twice a week!
• Start painting again!
• Find and try two new recipes this month, and share them (#iknowyoucarewhatwereeating)
