Tomorrow begins year 5 of marriage for us. How is that even possible?

This time 5 years ago I was getting ready to walk down the aisle and the song that played was “Feels Like Home” by Chantal Kreviazuk. The lyrics talk all about how you feel like home, and I’m not sure that there’s a better sentiment to explain how I feel with you, babe. Although, I do think I ruined it a bit when I basically sprinted down the aisle towards you dragging my parents along.

In those 5 years, we’ve visited 4 countries, had 3 cars, lived in 2 homes, cared for 2 pups…

…but in all the numbers (and all the things that I missed) my favorite is that there’s only one us!
