When I think back on this epic wedding weekend at Brittland Manor estates, I cannot help but get the biggest smile on my face.

I am constantly in awe of the incredible people that this job has brought into my life and at the top of that list are Robby, Laura, and their families.  They continue to be some of the biggest cheerleaders in my business years later and I could not be more appreciative of them.

That’s what makes this post so special! Not only are they wonderful humans, but their wedding design by Social Grace Events and the entire vendor team was so epic that Washingtonian wanted to share it on their wedding blog.

However, one of the perks of being the wedding photographer is that I get to share a few more of my favorite things with you —

• When I think back on this day, I think about Laura’s sweet mama and the reaction she had to the note Laura gave to her.  It was such a tender moment.
• This bridal party was SO full of joy.  I loved the mixes of dress attire.
• The inspiration for this wedding was Parent Trap meets Summer Camp and I feel like they TOTALLY achieved it.  (Y’all seem to agree too on this BTS reel I posted.)
• Lastly, please do not miss a) the sunset portraits and b)their meet-cute in the form of an escort display

This wedding lives rent free in my head and now I hope it does yours also!
