Oh friends, last Saturday was such a beautiful day for Josh & Rachel’s Piney Branch Golf Club wedding.

The weather was perfect, the portrait locations were stunning, and there were so many sweet moments that unfolded.  What I love about Josh and Rachel is that they love being together.  It made their choice to do a first look the perfect idea… it meant that they got to spend time together all day long instead of waiting to see each other!  Plus, I wasn’t displeased with it since it meant that we got to take a golf cart ride together to the most beautiful grove of trees on the course.

A lot of times people worry that doing a first look takes away the specialness of the moment.  I think you can see the joy on Josh’s face didn’t diminish either time he saw his bride!  In his eyes he was the most beautiful bride!

One of my other favorite things about this incredible day was the family that surrounded both Josh and Rachel!  Both families were so supportive and so excited for the two of them — which isn’t always the case! One of my favorite things to watch was both mamas watching Josh’s reaction to Rachel and her dad making her way down the aisle.  Both priceless!
