Last Friday evening I headed across the Bay Bridge to Terrapin Park to photograph Sam & Kamden for their eastern shore engagement session. There are very few people that I would travel across the Bay Bridge for on Memorial Day weekend. These two are included in that list ;)
Sam and Kamden love the beach and time on the water, so this spot was the perfect location for their session.
When I “met” these two on the phone I loved hearing all about them.
They are one of the sweetest couples I’ve ever met and you can tell by the way they talk about each other that they adore one another. Well, after spending the evening traipsing along the Eastern Shore, I can confirm it’s doubly true.
… you can just see it by the way they look at each other.
To say I’m excited to see them again in October is an understatement.
Their wedding is going to be a magical celebration designed by Rebecca Thomas at the Inn at Perry Cabin.
As we walked and chatted all about what they’re looking forward to, I admired Sam and Kamden even more. They have this ability to recognize that their wedding celebration is both about them at the center, but are also so intentional about ensuring that the people who have encouraged them along the way feel celebrated, too. It’s an admirable quality in a couple and what makes me love them even more!
All in all, it was a perfect night. Their love is easy to capture and we were given the most wonderful weather to boot!
Sam and Kamden, thank you for letting me capture your love! I hope you’ll enjoy a few of my favorites from this eastern shore engagement session. xx
Happy Wednesday, friends!
