It’s raining here in Maryland, and I don’t know about you, but I’m looking for an escape.  So, Zurich, Switzerland here we come.

Prepare yourself to be transported to a quaint European town.  Also be prepared to see a lot of swans… what can I say, I’m a little obsessed!

In case you’re looking for a little peek into the itinerary, we flew in and out of Zurich, but didn’t get to explore the city until the end of our stay.  We went from Lauterbrunnen to Lake Como to Zurich by car.  Once we arrived to the city, we turned in our rental car and dropped our stuff at the hotel.  The rest of the day we traveled by foot and train.  In step with the rest of our trip, we also enjoyed a bit of Swiss ice cream and plenty of delicious food!
