I am so excited to share with you today Fran and Candice’s Highlands, Pennsylvania engagement shoot.

Now, before I introduce y’all officially, you may already recognize Candice — she was a bridesmaid at Caleb & Sara’s wedding last November!  You guys know how much I love C&S, so I knew I would adore any friends of theirs.  I wasn’t wrong ;)

Fran and Candice are the most fun, laidback couple! They are just so natural together and have such an ease! Smiles and laughter were never far from their faces.  The whole evening felt like I was just exploring with a pair of old friends!

Plus, they brought Albert along, too! If you don’t look at that sweet pup’s face and smile, you need some more happiness in your life on a regular basis! Is he not the cutest!? He was so well-behaved all evening and was such a wonderful addition to our session! (Big shout-out to Candice’s friend Meg who came to help with him and made him look in my direction! You’re the real MVP!)

We were originally supposed to photograph this session first in April, and then in the city of Philadelphia, but we had to make some changes due to COVID.  However, I am so happy that this ended up being our plan C!  We couldn’t have asked for a better evening or more epic photo location! The Highlands in Pennsylvania feels straight out of a movie set — Secret Garden meets Outlander if you ask me!  Add these two joyful humans into the mix and it was perfection!
