Today I am thrilled to share Michael & Kara’s Downtown Annapolis engagement session with you!

I’ve been looking forward to meeting these two since I first chatted on the phone with Kara!  From our first encounter I could tell that I would love her!  She is incredibly kind and was so excited to chat all about her wedding day and her fiancé, Michael!  Much to my delight, Michael was equally thoughtful and fun!

Getting to spend the evening with these two felt like hanging out with old friends.  Old friends that also happen to be naturals in front of the camera, that is!!  Seriously — everything I threw at them made look easy!  I think you’ll quickly agree when you see the photos.

We traveled from the State House down to the waterfront for their quintessential Downtown Annapolis engagement session and it was perfect!

After my time with Michael & Kara the other night, it’s safe to say that I am eagerly anticipating their wedding day next year! I know it’s going to be an incredible celebration of a wonderful couple!

They’re getting married at St. Mary’s and the Annapolis Waterfront in May and I am so thrilled to be a part of it.  I’m pretty sure that it will feel like this evening, just round two ;)  Count me in!
