Well friends, it’s the third Thursday of November, so Maryland decided it was about time to snow.  That’s totally normal, right?  I’m honestly in a little bit of denial, so instead of looking out the window too often, I’ll be over here reminiscing about Don & Lauren’s Bald Head Island Coastal Wedding.

Sound like a plan? Thought so!!

This day was perfect from start to finish! The forecast leading up to Saturday had been calling for partly cloudy skies and for it to be a bit chilly, even during the day.  Thankfully the sun came out and warmed us all up!

Don and Lauren’s day played out exactly as they had envisioned it — cozy, intimate, and relaxing! When I walked into the getting ready room, everyone was just laughing and chatting away.  That’s when you know it’s going to be great ;)

That relaxed feeling carried on throughout the day… though I think traveling by golf cart everywhere helps.  Especially when the one we drove didn’t hit more than 5mph.  (Thank you to all the gracious people who just politely passed us when they had the chance, haha!)

From their sweet first look, to portraits both under the live oaks and at the beach, it was a total dream! And the best part about Don and Lauren?  Their joy just radiated throughout the day!  You could tell that they couldn’t have been more thrilled to be married!

From the quaint church, to the mixed bridesmaids dresses and gorgeous bouquets, to the cozy outdoor reception — every detail was perfect! But even better were the sweet friends and family that surrounded this amazing couple on their special day.  I could literally go on and on, but instead, I’ll just let you have a peek for yourself!
