If you live in the Mid-Atlantic, I think you can agree that the weather this season has been a little crazy! I mean, we ended up with 6 inches of snow in November. I can’t even remember the last time that happened!
Well of course as you’d have it, Alex and Elizabeth’s engagement session was planned for that snow storm. Of course, haha! To top it off, Elizabeth had been stuck out of town until almost 3am the night before with the storm. I don’t know about you but that doesn’t sound like a great equation for a fun and cozy engagement session? Haha!
So we ended up rescheduling for last weekend and even though the weather wasn’t a big fan of cooperating with us this time either, it was so. much. fun! These two totally embraced the foggy, misty day at Murray Hill in Leesburg!
You can tell just from spending time with them, they’re a couple who really likes to have fun together. Their smiles aren’t forced, they’re usually just a split second away when they’re looking at each other. Plus, I’m pretty sure that Elizabeth has one of the best laughs! It’s contagious!!
I’m so excited to share a few of my favorites from their session with you! I loved our time exploring Murray Hill in Leesburg for Alex and Elizabeth’s engagement session!
… until then, I’ll be counting down the days until their wedding next August with Grit & Grace.
All pics are so very yummy! Love, Aunt Peg
