Eric and Molly were married on a gorgeous June day in Annapolis. It was a classic church wedding followed by a reception at the Calvert House.
If you ask me, theirs was a quintessential Annapolis wedding. The day started at St. Mary’s where they said I do. They got to celebrate with their families and best friends at the Charles Carroll House for photos afterwards. Then it was just a quick limo ride to the State House and Calvert House to celebrate the fact that they just got married!!
… and oh were these two happy to finally be married!
Eric is originally from Boston and Molly from Annapolis. Penn State was the place where they found and fell for each other. They were college sweethearts and so of course they each wore a gentle nod to their alma mater. Molly’s garter and Eric’s socks prominently held the Littany Lion. Being college sweethearts meant that this day was years in the making. After they left Penn State, they had to take their relationship long distance for a bit, but now it’s even more reason to celebrate finally being married!!
Eric and Molly are so sweet when they’re together. Molly can’t help but smile and relax whenever Eric’s around — he puts her at ease! He couldn’t get over how gorgeous she was! It was so fun to watch these two interact and when they first were pronounced husband and wife — their expressions were priceless!
A few more highlights from the day —
- All day long we could not get over the weather! For the middle of June their day wasn’t too hot and it had the most perfect gentle breeze.
- The sweetest bridal party filled with family and friends! They all love this couple and it showed throughout the whole day!
- The look on Molly’s dad’s face as he watched his baby girl say “I do!” So sweet!
- E&M had a choreographed first dance and I was impressed that that’s what they learned in a few dance lessons! My word!
Their wedding day was perfect for them. It held the things that mattered to them most — their faith, their family, and their friends! What could be better?
I could go on about these two, but instead, I’ll let you enjoy a peek at their Classic Annapolis wedding. Happy Friday, friends!
