You may remember these two from their engagement session at Swan Harbor Farm last fall. After spending the evening with them, I knew their wedding day would be one that I anticipated all year. Well, Saturday, Andy and Lauren’s wedding finally arrived!
When I walked into Lauren’s hotel room that morning, there was excitement in the air. This is a pretty common occurrence in the bridal suite, but there was also this overwhelming sense of peace as I hugged Lauren! She was so sure about how the day would unfold that she wasn’t even the least bit nervous.
Plus, she looked absolutely stunning. One of the things that was a part of the whole day was Lauren’s beaming smile! She was radiant!
And when Andy finally got to see his bride — his smile matched! The day they’d both been waiting for was here and underway.
One of the things I love most about these two is how much they prioritized their friends and family. When it came time to plan their special day, they put the people they love as their top priority! The officiant even made sure to include their guests in their ceremony and they happily obliged! It’s such a symbol of the community Andy & Lauren have built for themselves and I loved getting to witness it.
I think Lauren’s dad shared it best during his toast when he referenced the merger that had taken place that day. That’s just what it was — the combination of two families and two sets of friends into one! (Also, Andy, aren’t you proud of me for leaving the Eagles out of it? Oh wait ;) )
Andy & Lauren celebrated their La Banque at Seaplane Base waterfront wedding surrounded by their closest friends and families and danced the night away under the open skies. It truly couldn’t have been more perfect!
Enjoy a few of my favorites from such a special day!
