I should start this post off by explaining that before I got married, I had probably worn makeup a totally of three times… and all three times were when I was about 5 at dance recitals.  So when I’m talking to you about getting your make-up done, I am not coming from a place of experience or trying to force you into anything.  In reality I’m just coming from a place of being your photographer.  Professional makeup looks beautiful in your photographs!  Professionals know how to make sure you don’t look washed out in your photographs.  They also know how to help make your eyes pop!  Getting your make-up done professionally doesn’t mean that you have to look plastic or not like yourself.

I remember after my makeup was finished, I asked my sisters if Morgan they thought it was too much.  I asked mainly because, as I said before, I wasn’t used to a lick of makeup being on my face.  Looking back on the photos now, I’m so glad that I had Mandy do it, because she did such a good job of making it look natural and last.
