Sometimes social media can be a pain.  There’s tons going on and sometimes it takes a little bit of a learning curve to master if it’s something you’re not used to using.  One of my favorite parts about social media is the hashtags!  Not only are they the perfect opportunity to come up with clever little sayings (things that I am not good at if I’m being honest) but they are a great way to archive your posts!  For each little area of my life/work I have a hashtag that I post in the caption.  When you click on my hashtag then you see posts that are all mine or are ones that are relating to my topic! For example, every time I post a photo on Instagram about the meal that I’ve made (I haven’t posted one in a while) I post the hashtag #iknowyoucarewhatwereeating underneath of it!  That way when I click on that hashtag, I can see all of my previous posts in one place!   I use hashtags for basically everything! If you scroll through my Instagram feed, you can see a few of my most common ones: #laurenrswannphotography, #lrsbrides, #lrscouples, #laurenlovesblogging, and some more personal ones!
