practicing what you learn

Sometimes I pick up on tips and tricks of the trade from other photographer’s websites and I say “Yeah, that’s great!”  The problem is that I don’t do anything with what I’ve learned.  It just sits in my brain and does nothing.  Well today I decided to change that.  This morning Katelyn put up a tutorial about shooting bridal details consistently.  Well this is what I came up with!! Below is a sample album spread with my images that I shot this morning!! Let me know what you think!!

Wife, mama, wielder of light & joy, and capturer of moments.  I thrive off of conversation and genuine connection.  In between wrangling our kiddos, and hanging my husband, you'll find me dreaming up my next idea or creative endeavour.  It's these things that culminate to give my imagery a warmth and joy to them - the greatest compliment I could receive.
