Today’s tip is one that may be common sense to some people, but to me it was just something that I didn’t think about at first!!  When I was going to line up my bridesmaids, I knew that I wanted them to stand in height order (we didn’t declare maid of honor or best man) so that the pictures of the ceremony were all in order.  What I didn’t think about was the fact that they were each choosing their own shoes.  Now for my wedding I asked everyone to wear neutral wedges, so they were all pretty much the same height.  If you are bride though that doesn’t care what kind of shoes that your bridesmaids can be a lot less in order than you think.  Let’s say the girl that’s usually 5’8″ wears flats when the girl who is 5’6″ wears 5 inch heels.  Your order is going to be all mixed up from usual.  So my tip of the day: before you make your programs, have your bridesmaids line-up with their wedding shoes on.

I know that this was kind of a lame post, but I still felt like it was an important tip that would be easy to forget!  So Happy Thursday!! Stay tuned for next week’s post about choosing your details!!

I was pretty nervous about being photographed and Lauren made everything fun and flexible. Honestly, I can't imagine the day without her and her team. They were wonderful and hearing from Lauren was always a genuine delight.
