You are in for a treat today for this Hampton Historic Site maternity session.

When Arlana reached out to me, I was so excited to hear from her! You just might recognize her from Shawn and Laurie’s bridal party a few years ago ;)  She was a bridesmaid and just the sweetest soul.  There are some bridal party members that make a distinct impression on me, and she was definitely one of them!  She was kind and attentive to Laurie all day long.

Fast forward to now and we’re photographing she and her husband in celebration of their twin baby girls arriving sometime (hopefully!) in December!  This journey hasn’t been an easy one for them, and I think there’s always something so tender about that.  When you’ve seen the hard side of things, it makes you appreciate what you have as a gift so much more.  These two carry that with them and it makes their joy even sweeter in this season.

Plus, can we all just agree that if I am ever going to carry twins someday I want to look as good as Arlana does!? I mean, she is stunning!

Danny and Arlana, thank you so much for choosing me to document this special season for y’all.  I had so much fun with you two and I cannot wait to see you take on this new role of parenthood!!
