Some of you may remember my senior thesis: the Living Room Project.  It was a study of how people interact in their living rooms because it’s the coziest place you can be! Well this study sparked an interest in lifestyle portraiture.  I found that some of the sweetest and most tender moments happen when you allow your couples to be in a relaxed state.  It allows the portraits to tell so much more about the couple when they’re in their own space.  Enter Mark and Emily.  When I was searching for couples to participate in the LRP, Emily volunteered and I’m so glad that she did.  These two are such a sweet couple and remind me so much of the relationship between Morgan and I.  They’re each other’s best friends and I’m so grateful that they invited me into their home.  Enjoy a few of my favorites friends!  How adorable is their living room?
