You know those things that have been on your goal list for what seems like forever? Well today I get to cross off having my work featured on Grey Likes Weddings.

When I first started my business and started to research the wedding industry, one of the first things I did was create a “list” of blogs that I dreamed of having my work featured on. Well at the very top of that list was the beautiful and polished Grey Likes Weddings. So it’s with such excitement that I get to share with you the feature today, plus a few of my personal favorites today!

I’ve been having such a hard time waiting to share these images with you because they are some of my all-time favorites! From all of the incredible florals that Blossom & Vine, seriously, have you ever seen blooms so pretty, to the calligraphy that Ka Kalligraphy created, to the scrumptious cake from Catherine George Cakes, every detail that Adriana Marie Events created was perfection.

The goal for our shoot was to create a relaxed and romantic inspiration for couples wanting to take a simpler route.

So often the weddings we see are extravagant ones, with large guest lists, when really sometimes the truest-to-you thing would be to take a simple stroll in the woods. So Adriana worked hard to create a special nook in the woods, just for two.

From Grey Likes: The team set out to create a soft, ethereal and relaxed vibe. The look was achieved with lush foliage and rich blooms by BLOSSOM AND VINE , soft plant-dyed fabrics, the bride’s flowing TARA LA TOUR gown, and an adorable barefoot couple skipping hand-in-hand through the tree lines to their forest nuptials. The private ceremony in the woods, a floral-themed sweetheart table by the lake, and sweet, gold-flake accented desserts and a decadent cake by CATHERINE GEORGE CAKES polish off the colorful, romantic mood.
