This time last week, I was making my way down to the Eastern Shore for Jesse & Gwen’s engagement session. It was such a fun afternoon and I’m so excited to share more with you!
We had the most gorgeous October day last week — it was with temperatures in the upper 60s and the most wonderful breeze coming through. Between that and the gorgeous light that sparkled off the waterfront and dappled through all the trees, it’s safe to say I was in heaven.
Plus, I don’t think anyone could not have fun with these two!!
The first thing I noticed about these Jesse and Gwen is how comfortable they are together! They respond to each other with such ease and never have smiles far from their faces. It’s not a particularly normal thing to be in front of the camera, but you wouldn’t know it looking at these two! They just smiled with ease and laughed as the adorable pup, Brody, joined in on all the fun! (Isn’t he so cute!?)
We chose this location for their engagement session because it’s where they’ve been spending their quarantine together. In non-pandemic times, they call New York City home, but for now, they’ve traded the Big Apple for some river views! I don’t think they’re mad about it ;)
Everything about these session was absolutely perfect and I am so excited to share it with you today! Enjoy a few of my favorites. If you need me — I’ll be counting down the days until I see these two again next month for an epic celebration!
I cannot wait to see you two again in November for your big day at the Inn at Perry Cabin! It’s going to be incredible!
Loved how the photos went from gray to full color, leads you down the garden path to the very happy moments of their engagement and forthcoming marriage.
Our very best wishes to Gwen and Jesse.
