Baltimore Wedding Photographer

Happy Monday!  This post is coming to you a little later than normal because, well, it’s Monday and I already had two meeting today!  I spent my weekend fighting off a sinus infection(s) with my husband, shooting a gorgeous barn wedding with my sweet friend, T, watching my best friend play soccer, a lunch date with my husband, and then spending time with my sweet friend Katie and new friends Ryan & Liz!  I hope that y’all had as fun this weekend as I did!  Here’s the lessons that transpired over the weekend:

  • Battling a sinus infection is done best when watching the show Suits with your husband.  He’s the best!
  • Gas stations pumps stop working late at night and it’s very creepy to be at a gas station by yourself.
  • Fanta is the orange soda without the caffeine.
  • On that note, I am totally the type of person who would fall victim to the placebo effect.  Said soda made me feel like I was drinking something caffeinated.
  • Watching soccer is so much more fun when you have great company!
  • IKEA does not always label their furniture with a color swatch.
  • I now know of an amazing new place to eat in Federal Hill.  Arugula, tomatos, onions, olives, feta, and chicken on a pizza is incredible!

Hope everyone else’s week is off to a great start!  Xo!

Wife, mama, wielder of light & joy, and capturer of moments.  I thrive off of conversation and genuine connection.  In between wrangling our kiddos, and hanging my husband, you'll find me dreaming up my next idea or creative endeavour.  It's these things that culminate to give my imagery a warmth and joy to them - the greatest compliment I could receive.

I was pretty nervous about being photographed and Lauren made everything fun and flexible. Honestly, I can't imagine the day without her and her team. They were wonderful and hearing from Lauren was always a genuine delight.
