It’s that time of year again, back to school season.  Usually I would be talking about how much I hate this time of year for reasons like: ugly yellow school buses that always happen to be going the exact same way as me, the amount of school work, and the fact that summer is over.  Well this year, I’m changing my ways.  I’m thankful for fresh notebooks, a new school, and the fact that it is almost my favorite season.  School means we’re one step closer to scarves and boots, orange and red leaves, and most importantly hot chocolate essential days.

Fair warning though, my attitude might change after I have my first History of Modern Israel class Monday night… it’s four hours long… At least I’ll probably get a lot of blogging done then!!  Happy Thursday!!

Wife, mama, wielder of light & joy, and capturer of moments.  I thrive off of conversation and genuine connection.  In between wrangling our kiddos, and hanging my husband, you'll find me dreaming up my next idea or creative endeavour.  It's these things that culminate to give my imagery a warmth and joy to them - the greatest compliment I could receive.

I was pretty nervous about being photographed and Lauren made everything fun and flexible. Honestly, I can't imagine the day without her and her team. They were wonderful and hearing from Lauren was always a genuine delight.
