Good morning!! I have to admit right off the bat that it’s actually Tuesday morning while I’m writing this and I am legitimately going to back-date this post so that it looks like it actually went up on a Monday because 1) my OCD will take over if not, and 2) I’m the boss, so I can. Anyways, this weekend was so much fun and the reason why I didn’t end up blogging yesterday like I should have is because Megan + David were in town for our nephew’s baby shower!! It’s so strange to have them living across the country and then getting on the plane and having Megan be so pregnant! While they were here it was like it was the first time that it was really real that it’s happening… and we couldn’t be more excited!!
Anyways, here’s the weekend’s highlights:
- Friday night everyone got a chance to eat dinner together/play catch phrase… I love sitting around my in-laws’ living room with all of our siblings in town. It feels just perfect!
- Saturday, Morgan and I headed with our friend Tyler to an outdoor soccer pickup game… let me tell you that when you haven’t run in about a year and then do so for about two hours… you’ll be sore for days!
- Sunday was Hudson’s baby shower and it was the perfect weather to be outside and celebrating!! We can’t wait for nephew to come in December!!
