Monday’s Mash-up

Good morning!!! It’s Monday and that means that there’s a brand new Monday’s Mash-up ready for you! This weekend was packed full of fun! Friday night I headed down to the Eastern shore a bit early to stay with my aunt and uncle before my wedding in Hurlock on Saturday.  It was great to spend time with them and plus, I got to avoid any potential bridge traffic! Woo!  Saturday, with a tornado watch and hail approaching, I photographed one of the most beautiful weddings I’ve ever been a part of.  Every detail of Tom + Eliza’s big day was perfect… rain storm and all!  We even managed to avoid the hail and no tornados touched down… plus, the sun peeked out right in time for sunset across their golden wheat field! AH! It was absolutely a dream!  Sunday was spent at home celebrating Ben’s graduation from high school! It was so fun to get to hang with everyone this weekend!  It’s weekends like these that leave my heart feeling so incredibly full.

Now, what would a Monday’s Mash-up be without sneak peeks?! Well, I have entirely too many favorites from Tom + Eliza’s day, so make sure you stay tuned for the full post tomorrow! In the meantime, here’s a few favorites!

Wife, mama, wielder of light & joy, and capturer of moments.  I thrive off of conversation and genuine connection.  In between wrangling our kiddos, and hanging my husband, you'll find me dreaming up my next idea or creative endeavour.  It's these things that culminate to give my imagery a warmth and joy to them - the greatest compliment I could receive.

Lauren grew up spending her summers at the shore, and when she and Nick got together, she couldn't help but introduce him, too!  Their session in New Jersey was filled with gorgeous light, sweet smiles, and so much love & laughter.

Connor and Alli's wedding celebration was full of lush florals, gorgeous details, and a whole lot of joy.  Their first look was one of the most sacred moments I've witness on a wedding day... filled with so much delight and love!

One of my greatest inspirations comes from exploring and the California coast fulfills that wanderlust like nothing else.  Anytime I have rolling hills and oceanside views, I'm in heaven.

Nate & sofi, baltimore Maryland

She's the ultimate hypewoman. I was pretty nervous about being photographed and Lauren made everything fun and flexible. Honestly, I can't imagine the day without her and her team. They were wonderful and hearing from Lauren was always a genuine delight.
