Have you ever happened upon something that just makes life easier? I don’t know about for you, but for me it makes me want to jump and start doing a little happy dance! I’m always looking for new systems to organize my business and so when my friend Katelyn posted about this online management software, I had to give it a try. Now, I’ll admit that I’m always a little hesitant when the next “big thing” comes out and so that’s why I’ve been giving it a bit of time to really test it out!
So, I’ve been using Trello for three months now and I’ve found a system that works really well for me! I’m a one woman show as of right now, so I only have to keep my boards organized the way that I want them to be! I utilize Trello as a workflow management system.
Within these lists, I also have checklists that I create for each event. For example, this is what my checklist looks like for every blog.
I have these checklists for everything; for: engagement shoots, weddings, album design, full client workflow, and more!
What about you guys! Do you use Trello? How do you navigate this awesome thing?

Trello is one of the things that I have known about for a while but TOTALLY intimidates me. I’m a better paper/pencil type of girl! Lol! But this is pretty persuasive…I should prob give it a try!

I use Trello at work, and someone recommended it to me yesterday to use as a planner for everything.. Sometimes I have a hard time with digital/online planning/checklist making but I’m hearing so many great things about it that I should probably check it out!

This is something I’ll have to check out. Currently I use Pixifi (and I do like it) but I’m also exploring other options just to see. Great tip!
This is great! I love seeing how other people use trello! I have boards for each of my clients, and then I use labels on each board to show items that I have to do (action items), deadlines for clients, and invoicing/milestone dates.
