Monday’s Mash-up

Good morning sweet friends!! (It’s before noon, so it totally counts as morning-time still!)  I hope everyone had a lovely weekend! For those of you who don’t know, I’ve recently taken on the role of the Community Coordinator at the Rising Tide Society and today marks the day of our launch! I am so excited to see how this incredible movement propels the wedding industry as a whole further and more so into the mentality of community over competition!  Anyways, you should definitely check out the launch today and see all of the goodies that we’re in the process of coming up with for you!

Rising Tide Society Launch Day

Plus without further ado, today’s mash-up:

  • Friday I spent the day photographing Jeremiah and Abby’s sweet wedding day! Everything about this sweet couple is so delightful and I loved getting to spend the day celebrating with them!
  • You know what’s not very fun? Food poisoning.  I got it for the first time the other night and spent most of Saturday recovering! Ah!
  • My latest Netflix binge is Graceland.  It’s really not a very good show but I’m definitely sucked into all of the drama of it. Haha!
  • Last night was one of the first real thunderstorms of the season and it can only mean that summer is officially here! I love thunderstorms but especially the way that the rain pounds on the roof! It’s basically magical!

What about y’all? Did you have a good weekend? Also, it wouldn’t be a Monday’s Mash-up without a sneak peek from Friday’s wedding:

Wife, mama, wielder of light & joy, and capturer of moments.  I thrive off of conversation and genuine connection.  In between wrangling our kiddos, and hanging my husband, you'll find me dreaming up my next idea or creative endeavour.  It's these things that culminate to give my imagery a warmth and joy to them - the greatest compliment I could receive.

Lauren grew up spending her summers at the shore, and when she and Nick got together, she couldn't help but introduce him, too!  Their session in New Jersey was filled with gorgeous light, sweet smiles, and so much love & laughter.

Connor and Alli's wedding celebration was full of lush florals, gorgeous details, and a whole lot of joy.  Their first look was one of the most sacred moments I've witness on a wedding day... filled with so much delight and love!

Nate & sofi, baltimore Maryland

She's the ultimate hypewoman. I was pretty nervous about being photographed and Lauren made everything fun and flexible. Honestly, I can't imagine the day without her and her team. They were wonderful and hearing from Lauren was always a genuine delight.
